Inside Villa Esther
This luxury villa is all on two floors and revolves around the spacious, high-ceilinged, open-plan living and dining area, which is connected to the garden and pool area via a series of large French windows. The 300 square metre luxury villa is set in a 1600 square metre plot of land with views over Torremirona golf course and the Pyrenees mountains.

A large sliding door from the dining area leads into the well-equipped, double aspect kitchen, which flows out onto the main al fresco dining area and a sheltered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances including Teppanyaki and barbecue grills.

The sense of space that characterises the reception areas continues into the downstairs sleeping areas, which comprise two lovely double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. A guest cloakroom is situated just off the living area.

Marble steps lead up to the main bedroom and office space, which is light, modern and leads out onto a terrace offering spectacular views over the golf course.

The focal point of the outdoor areas is the lovely pool area, complete with an in-pool jacuzzi, which has been positioned to take full advantage of the private garden and spacious terrace.

The lawned garden makes a great play area for younger children, and the terraced area is an ideal spot for the evening ritual of dining or evening cocktails.
